I will encourage everyone I teach to use what they have learned to teach others on a continual basis.

- speak about/market Mentors on Missions to colleagues, friends, etc.
- Administrate or advocate (speaking – marketing) for global eye care needs
- praying and encourage those involved in global eye care.
- share my successes and experiences in becoming a Christ-like, Global, Eye-care, Mentor.
- reach the world through my small group by Inspiring others to duplicate the process
