THE GOAL OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO GIVE INDIVIDUALS IN BERRIEN AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES, WHO ARE UNINSURED OR UNDERINSURED, THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE EYE EXAMS AND GLASSES AT NO COST.

I live in Berrien Co. Michigan or the surrounding area.
NO VISION CARE
I do not have insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid that covers vision care.
FEDERAL POVERTY
My total household income is less than 200% of the Fed. poverty level. See CHART above.
